About the project
While PayPal Brand HQ was undergoing an iterative phase with the primary objective of integrating other brands and maximizing its potential. We aimed to create a stronger and more cohesive platform that meets the needs of its users and supports the integration of various brands, in this case, Venmo.

Objectives
To create Venmo’s visual and verbal guidance web experience as a single source of truth for all employees and external partners. The goal was to ensure strong brand representation, a smooth browsing experience, and cohesive brand alignment.
Role and responsibilities
Conducted user interviews and surveys to gather insights on user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
Analyzed research findings and aligned them with business goals.
Managed client calls and facilitated communication between teams and stakeholders.
Supported the development team, mediating between business needs and software limitations.
The discovery process
User Research. We conducted user interviews to understand their pain points and gains, following an approved script and carefully analyzing the valuable information shared by them.
Align & Co-create. A collaborative session where stakeholders and designers could come together to shape the future of Brand HQ.
Defining the solution. We condensed the knowledge we've gained and the agreements we've reached to guide the production pase.
