Wireframing

User Experience Contributions
Mapped user flows to ensure a smooth and intuitive journey through the platform.
Defined a library strategy focused on asset tagging and clustering, improving content discoverability and usability.
Ensured brand representation and brand pillars were clearly communicated through the interface and interaction patterns.
Conducted a deep dive into Frontify’s capabilities and limitations to design within real-world constraints and ensure technical feasibility.
Client Collaboration
Led client-facing sessions to present design rationales grounded in UX principles and the tool’s functionality.
Offered guidance and recommendations for scalability, ensuring that design decisions would hold up as the platform and content ecosystem grow.
Results
The first brand portal was launched at the end of Q4, however this site has been growing ever since. From a product design perspective, it was my job to ensure that the platform kept being relevant to the users, updated and aligned to PayPal’s values and new releases.
